Tying the When All Else Fails Fly

The public is invited to a fly tying session with Tony Soltys and the Raincountry Flyfishers at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 15 in the Thunder Mountain High School library.
Soltys will instruct participants on how to tie a fly that he said has worked very well for cohos on the Juneau roadside. He calls it the "When All Else Fails" fly, but uses it sparingly.
