The VALLEY JRC is inviting you to the first ever "THROWDOWN IN THE VALLEY" POWERLIFTING COMPETITION. Open to MALES AND FEMALES of all ages! The Challenges that await: BENCH, DEADLIFT and the ever dreaded "SQUAT". Be the first to join and the last to be victorious. All entries will receive a logo'd t-shirt and their chance to shine and take home a trophy in each division. Door prizes awarded every 15 minutes, live DJ and much more. COME SHOW JUNEAU HOW YOU LIFT!
